Refund and Return Policy
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, inserts, and any included materials within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise required by local law.
Returned items must be unused, complete, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable Items
Opened media items with signs of use, customized items, special-order items, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos of the item, all contents received, the outer packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. These photos are required so that we can review the issue and work with the carrier if necessary.
Claims reported after 7 days of delivery, or without sufficient photo evidence, may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
How to Start a Return
Please email contact@urvc.vip with your order number, photos if applicable, and the reason for return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit where appropriate.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Delivery and Carrier Issues
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, customers must contact us promptly if there is any issue with the delivery. We may request additional information, including photos, carrier communication, or other supporting evidence, to help investigate the matter.
